Perfect Projects is a one or two day workshop for those who are planning learning and education projects as part of their role. The workshop is a chance to focus on developing your project management skills while picking up useful hints and tips along the way.

For a fully tailored experience the workshop can be held exclusively at your venue (as long as you have  indoor facilities) for your staff and volunteers. Alternatively, you can join a workshop at a recommended training venue along with delegates from other sites. Prices start from £40 per delegate.
