This repeat of the highly popular BGEN (Botanical Gardens Education Network) training day will explore creating audio for interpretation, audience engagement and evaluation.

Who is it for?
Anyone wanting to develop audio for their site, whether creating it yourself or just wanting to know how it works before you commission audio.  This practical day will give you hands-on experience of scripting, recording and editing your own audio for:

• podcasts
• audio trails
• self-guided walks
• 21st century storytelling
• exhibition audio
• evaluation and consultation
• marketing

What do I need to bring?
All the workshop materials, equipment and refreshments (including lunch) are included in the cost of the day.  If you want to bring your own audio recorder and/or laptop that's fine too.  You will need to bring a memory stick to take your work home on.  Further joining instructions will be sent to delegates two weeks before the workshop.
