'Fresh Eye' visits are designed to support gardens, parklands and landscapes, historic houses and museums to take a fresh look at what interpretation and learning opportunities are on offer for visitors.

We can focus our visit to your site on any audience group depending on your needs for example, families with young children, schools or adults. 

Fresh Eye visits can help to evaluate a new product, focus ideas and effort into the most important projects, take a look at what your offer is before you start creating new learning and interpretation experiences, help to see how best to communicate your offer to your visitors and support staff professional development.

As part of the package you get an: 

• Initial consultation to discuss your needs and what you would like the focus of our work to be
• Expert site visit to assess your visitor offer onsite - we look at your learning and interpretation provision plus other features essential to an enjoyable visit such as how you welcome visitors, orientation and facilities
• Detailed report and feedback including highlighting areas of excellence, ideas for improvements, analysis of how your offer meets the audience needs at present and any 'gaps' that could be filled, examples of best practice or relevant resources to help you develop.

Fresh Eye visits are available at an special introductory price of just £395 (excluding VAT and travel at cost if over 100 miles)
